Your company’s security and intellectual property are central to our working relationship. We strictly adhere to a policy wherein we never (without prior permission) discuss our clients by name. We recognize that there are a variety of legal formats designed to protect our partner’s products and supporting technologies. We are willing to work within most, if not all, of those formats. If your company deems that a specific legal framework or non-disclosure agreement is required, we will include it in any agreement that is executed between the businesses.

Sample Submission and Tracking
• · Contact ICI Paints Strongsville Research Center when you need an analysis. Talk with Mike Neag (440-826-5318) or another member of our team so we can do our best to solve your problem.
• Fill out a Sample Submission form and enclose it with your properly labeled samples. We can advise on sample size needed. Provide us with as much detail as possible about the sample and the problem.
• An MSDS is required for the following types of samples: liquids, paints, chemicals, tacky or powdered polymers, hazardous materials, and unknowns. These samples must be shipped via common carrier. Do not send via US Mail. Fabricated products, paint chips, dry films, and solid polymer block are relatively unregulated and may be shipped as you would any parcel. Ship these samples separately from any liquid/hazardous samples. Ship all samples to the Strongsville Research Center, 16651 Sprague Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Attention: Michele Whited.
• Provide us with a purchase order, including a contact name, phone number, and a billing address. If paying by credit card provide the card number, name as it appears on the card and the card expiration date on the purchase order, or in a separate communication. Purchase orders can be enclosed with the sample, mailed, or faxed to Michele Whited at 440-826-5233.
• The above procedure applies to samples of U.S. origin only. Samples of foreign origin require special handling; please call us for further details.

• Turn around time- we prefer to establish an agreed deadline date at the time of the request. We make every effort to meet reasonable timing requests. For routine samples allow 1-4 weeks; longer for more detailed project work.
• For many analyses and by special arrangement, we can provide same day and next day service. Please contact for further information.

Statements which itemize all work completed and the accumulated charges are sent to our customers monthly. Questions concerning statements may be addressed to Michele Whited (440) 826-5479. A separate invoice is also sent monthly. We would appreciate payment within 30 days of the invoice receipt. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
